**Recent remodel!** This piece of Joplin history is a great place to stay if you're coming in for an event or work. This home features a luxury queen mattress, a futon couch, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy outdoor seating--not to mention its a short walk to Ewert Park's pool, playground and trails!

This place was perfect for a short getaway for me, my husband, and the dogs between Christmas and New Year's. They've replaced the loveseat with a comfy foldout chaise sectional. The fenced-in yard was perfect for the dogs, and there was even wood left for the fire pit. It's close to town for grocery runs and the TV has a Roku.The property owner was super responsive when we were having trouble with the heat and our problem was fixed right away.

Easy doggo overnight!

Easy overnight and the dogs LOVED the big backyard. Great communication from the host. We were a little dubious driving through a warehouse district until we pulled up to the house and it was perfect. Adorable house, big ol’ yard, and delicious tacos 2 minutes away from Lalo’s Taqueria. Would happily stay again if we ever drive through Joplin. Thank you for providing an easy clean place to stay with the dogs.

Cozy Stay

Easy to find. Check in and out is easy. The communication with host was amazing with quick response time. Stocked with everything you may need along with a beautiful, LARGE backyard to relax in with a privacy fence. Only 1 neighbor and they were kind and quiet.

I received a email at 1 pm the day of my arrival saying it was ready. We arrived at 6:30pn after a13. 5 hour drive. To the bed not made no clean towels hair in the shower and sink. I sent a message to have the property manager contact me and let me know I could leave and she could be there in 30 minutes and clean it or 8 could clean it myself. We were wore down and didn't want to leave. I there for cleaned the place and did all the laundry . I told the property manager my husband just killed so earwigs we were supposed to leave on Tuesday morning. At 4 am Monday morning I woke to a earwig crawling on me. We packed up an left that morning. I sent the histva email requesting a refund and telling her why I left and 36vhours later still no response from her or the host. I reached out VRBO after 13 hours still waiting to hear from them

Great host

We had to cut our stay short because of heavy snow moving into the Joplin area. Emily was great at working with us and provided a refund for us, even though she didn't have to. I would consider her property again the next time we stay in Joplin.

Great small place

Close to everything in Joplin, quiet neighborhood, minimal to no traffic and everything in the location is clean, modern and just as described. The check in process was very painless and the host was quick to respond even after check out. The place has a pretty big enclosed backyard and the enclosure is private. There is parking right next to entryway which is only two steps.
