“Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es ist sauber und sehr gut gelegen, alles war fußläufig oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten kurz vor Abreise das Problem, dass sich unser Safe nicht mehr öffnen lies. “There is no lobby or face to face check-in, but check-in went as described and smoothly. Room was large, clean, and very nice. A/C worked and shower was good. Bed mattress was good. “Vi köpte en billig hotell natt i Alicante för att utforska stan lite närmare. Vil5 har ett utmärkt läge i gamla stan nära till restauranger, barer, museum och hissen som tar dig upp till borgen på berget. VIL5 är obemannat men all service finns i hotellet tvärs över gatan, där sker även incheckning och frukost. Frukost kostade 10.50 euro, den var rätt så standard men helt ok. Frukosten serverades på takvåningen med en fin utsikt över borgen och stan. Ute terrassen var inte öppen under frukosten……

“Really good location and view - apartment had everything you would need and was spacious. Staff contact by WhatsApp and phone worked well and we had no issues. The apartment was in the old part of town (on the hill to castle) and on the 3rd floor so great for us who travel light and are keen to get those steps in ..but not for people with accessibility requirements and lots of luggage -highly recommend”
