The Space:

Discover the charm of Joshua Tree in this newly finished home, ready for move-in! Conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Joshua Tree and the park entrance, this property blends modern comfort with desert tranquility.



The split floor plan features 2 bedrooms at the front and a master bedroom at the back. The open concept design includes vaulted ceilings in the spacious dining and living areas. The modern kitchen boasts quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, a Ruvati sink, and stainless-steel appliances. Stylish bathrooms have tile showers and undermount sinks. Polished concrete floors add a sleek touch.



Enjoy the covered back patio with stunning desert views, an oversized 2-car garage for ample storage, and RV parking space. Energy-efficient features include a tankless hot water heater, a 4.9 kW solar system, and natural gas.



The garage doubles as a game room with pool table, and a couch. Additional outdoor amenities include hammocks, and sun loungers. One bedroom has a king bed (master), and two other bedrooms each have queen beds.

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.



✦ The Drive:

Super simple, flat, and safe road to get to the house!



✦ Internet:

The house has reliable high-speed internet, making for a perfect work-cation getaway! You can access your Hulu, Youtube, Netflix accounts with the Smart TV

✦ Kitchen:

✦Cowboy Pool Rules:

To maintain a clean and pleasant spa environment, we kindly ask you to rinse off lotions or oils before using the pool. Additionally, please help us keep the spas tidy by disposing of trash properly. Please note that an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness.



✦ Security:

One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property.



✦ NO Party

Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.



✦ Late Check Out

Any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.



✦ Pet Fee

$100 per pet



✦ Unauthorized Guests and Pets:

Any unauthorized guests or pets will incur a $100 fee per guest or pet.



✦ Any missing or damaged property will result in a fine. Please take care of our home as if it were your own.

Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.



Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!



◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
