During your stay
Two days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on where to park, how to locate the home and how to access it.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a message away. You will be able to self check-in when you arrive.

Other things to note
Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of this home is monitored 24/7 by Home Security

Please remember that you are staying in the desert, there will be critters, dirt, dust, and bugs.

The pool has a $350 fee per day and requires at least 48 hours’ notice to ensure everything is functioning properly.

The pool attracts all sorts of critters and from time to time, they do fall in the pool. Please rest assured, we clean it 2 times a week.

Use the pool at your own risk, we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

NEVER leave pets or children unattended around the pool.

We have two homes on this lot, they can be rented together for large parties. Message us for info.

The neighborhood
In the high desert community of Joshua Tree — one of California's most distinctive and creatively charged small towns, sitting at the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park — the park itself is a world-renowned landscape of twisted Joshua trees, dramatic boulder formations, and dark skies perfect for stargazing. The town has quietly become an arts mecca: galleries, funky vintage shops, and excellent restaurants line the main corridor. Don't miss Pappy & Harriet's Pioneertown Palace (~10 min) for live music and BBQ in a genuine Old West movie set town. Palm Springs is about 40 minutes south for additional dining, mid-century architecture, and resort spas.

Getting around
A car is essential — Joshua Tree is a rural desert community with no public transit. The park entrance is minutes away, and most errands require driving. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is approximately 40 minutes south. LAX is roughly 2.5 hours west. Ride-share has limited availability in Joshua Tree; a rental car is strongly recommended. Gas up and stock supplies before heading out — the desert is remote.
