“I stayed 4 nights in the Executive Suite. Once in the suit I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, & there were hairs and cut fingernail by the sink as well as liquid soap grime and hairs on the bathtub. Both tables in the living area were dirty & rubbish had not been taken out. Addressing this with the manager Craig, who was rude, telling me the cleaning staff had gone home & would not be back until tomorrow. I had to ask for some cleaning spray & cloth so I could clean the filthy……

“Do not book! Nothing had been cleaned or wiped down in a good long while. Carpets and blinds were ripped, damaged and stained. Pool was green. Piles of junk next to car park, (fridges, old tyres, green waste, rubbish) All around gives the Ick. Would not recommend.”

“It was basic but clean .it was in a good location. Nice and quite. Didnt see any staff. We had to ring to get keys and drop off keys in a box when we left. Overall good experience. Just a little weird that the motel was in a shopping complex. A good stay overall. They did clean the rooms and make the bed up everyday.”

“The plumping needs fixing. The shower squeals and has very little pressure, the hot tap in kitchen needs a new washer. The pillow situation is strange, they are two in one and super thick, and no spares for us side sleepers! The single bed is completely bowed in the middle. The kitchen was great but I still wouldn’t stay again. ”

“Our toilet was leaking all the time when we stayed. Noticed the reception but no action. Our friends' cabins ran out gas. So there was not hot water at first night. Cabins had a lot ants and cockroaches. So some of friends booked two nights but only stayed one night. Public kitchen was not cleaning till 8:30 am in the morning.”
