“Sly Berlin is a stylish hotel located in the vibrant Friedrichshain area. The design is chic, and the atmosphere is inviting. I was surprised to find that there is no refrigerator in the rooms, which I guess it’s common for hotels in Berlin. The sauna is a lovely feature, providing a relaxing experience.
I encountered an issue with some electrical noise in my room, but the staff were very helpful. They promptly assisted me in resolving the problem by moving me to a different room, which greatly……
“One of the cleanest aparthotel rooms we ever stayed in, spotless even in the corners and hard to each spots. Bed was a bit too soft for us, but we prefer really firm mattresses. Apartment has everything you need and some nice extras (ex: toaster), really appreciated the sparkling water tap in the lobby and they provide jars of basics like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Staff super friendly and helpful, location very convenient to S-bahn and tram as well as grocery stores. Great spot in Berlin……
“Had a lovely stay for a long weekend with the family. We had 3 rooms between us which were all a good size, clean and comfortable.
The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but there is a tram right outside which was useful.
Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice. They make pancakes on request and I definitely recommend them!
Staff were all very friendly. Especially wanting to say a massive thank you to Rando for going the extra mile to make the trip a special one for my in-laws 40th wedding……
“The hotel location is nice and close to tram station,15 minutes walk to downtown and Berlin Train station. The environment is quiet and safe. A small supermarket is located at the back of the hotel which is very convenient to travelers. Parking spaces are available just a little bit expensive. ”
“The NH was an excellent place to stay for the World University Games swimming meet. It was a quick tram ride to the stop close to the pool. It was very walkable when the weather was nice. Staff was friendly as well. ”
“Wifi is unstable as our room is at the end of the corridor. The location is convenient and the price (after discount) is very cheap compared to its location and facilities.”
“Numa had the wrong mobile number for me so its text with the check-in code was returned undelivered. However they didn't try our email or to contact us via Hotels.com even though we had paid in full in advance. So it took 1.5hrs to get into our room. However, their rep at the hotel was amazing - very calm, patient and considerate and could not have done more for us. Once we had access, our room was really lovely, clean, airy and well-furnished. The bed & bedding were very comfortable. We would……
“The hotel is located near supermarket, laundry and bus station. quiet convenient~ we reserved one double room isn't included toilette and bathroom, but just near toilette. It's a little noisy when someone walks in corridor and closes their door of room. We stayed here 5 nights. It's our experience here.”
“Paid for 3 nights, only stayed for 1. Shower drain was blocked with no staff around to help.
This place is unmanned. Right on frankfurter alle with only a curtain. Extremely noisy and very cheap looking but still cost approx €200 euros for 3 nights. Woulf not recommend ”
“We had a fabulous time at Circus Apartments. We loved the location, Erchys downstairs makes delicious coffees and breakfast / lunch foods, the ‘buffet’ of candy and snacks available anytime was a real treat and the communication from the concierge on any topic was excellent!”
"It’s a crowd place with crowds flowing. Convenient to take public transportation but again, wouldn’t be nice and clean at the traffic center. There’s no warm water for showering. It’s either old or burning. The water temperature switches itself without anybody touching and it actually burned my skin. Shower cap was ripped. Well, I would say good location if you’re transferring; nice, kind and helpful staffs; but the hotel facilities are in shabby condition. "
