The staff was so accommodating it was my first time traveling alone and in snow. I was pretty nervous. I even got locked out of my room on accident and the staff was helpful and quick to answer the phone when I had any questions. I’ll definitely be back especially in summertime thank you so much.

The staff and Customer Service were absolutely excellent. The space was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely come again just a note to self. You may want to bring some alternate entertainment because the Wi-Fi does not work so you won’t be able to watch TV if that’s what you’re anticipating for entertainment for the kids.

Restaurants and Marina is walkable. Nicole was really nice and helped to have our AC and outlets work in our room. Darla is also very accommodating when I called to let them know we will be checking-in a little bit late.

I liked that they gave us an early check in if we arrived early, unfortunately we did not get to use it. The room being older was recently upgraded with new bath fixtures and tile. The linens and bed were nice and very comfortable. The lock on the door seemed weak so we double checked door lock every time we left. The motion sensor switch for bathroom kept coming on in the middle of the night and went off while taking showers. Overall our stay was comfortable.
