Staff was very friendly and shuttled us to the airport twice. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean The tap water tasted fantastic and was really cold. Loved it! If we come back to Juneau, we will definitely stay here again.

It truly was a suite with living room, dining area, kitchen, full bath and bed room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and an extra shout out to the morning shuttle driver! Some general areas were a little worn but everything was clean. Hotel was very convenient to the airport but quite a distance from the downtown area. However, the public transportation bus stop was a very short walk and costs only $2 each way!

Rooms are big with full blown kitchen. If the rooms have air conditioners then Frontier suites will be unbeatable. Very nearer to all the attractions and amenities.

While the staff was very friendly, particularly with the pick up from the airport (although the hotel is within walking distance), the building is not very nice and smelled funny. Expensive for the place.

While the room was spacious, the carpet was stained and old. There was no air conditioning and the windows were open but the room was musty. There was no soap in the bathroom. The shuttle from the airport was helpful.

Very large rooms, almost big enough to be called an apartment. Full kitchenette with dishes, stove, dishwasher. Closets and dressers too! Perhaps a bit vintage but comfortable beds and very convenient access to airport via the shuttle.

I came in late and left early. I liked the room with a kitchen and living room. The bed was great. The shuttle was very nice, roomy, and polite driver. The price was good. Just a couple minor things were a problem. There was in-room coffee but none in the lobby. I was in a rush so I didn’t want to make it myself. The glasses in the cupboard didn’t seem very clean or maybe just need replaced. I wish they were pet friendly because I usually travel with my dog. No ATM on site.

The whole place, especially the rooms could use a good dusting and carpet and upholstey shampooing. Our bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned, and one of the towels was dirty. As if they just folded it and put it back after someone used it (had blood or poo streak on it). Toilet was dirty too. Other than that, the property had everything we needed including a free airport shuttle. Could have used a regular coffee packet in the room, it only came with decaf.

Cups glasses tissue had to be looked for. Not obvious where they were. Not enough pillows and pillow covers uncomfortable. No curtains only blinds so room was flooded with light by 4am. Only one small double bed in a big suite. Staff was great but facility is old and poorly maintained despite very high prices.

An excellent place to stay between the ferry and airport - and the shuttle service was great between both destinations. Our room was a large and comfortable suite, and the hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and also along Juneau's public transit system - with a bus stop conveniently located near by.
