"They tried their best. Parking lot was a nightmare and minimal maintenance. We couldn’t even use our rental car and had to shovel ourselves out. Minimal staffing for restaurant and bar. Business center printer broken. Heat in room broken. Television did not work for 95 percent of trip. On the positive, room was very clean and spacious. Appreciate housekeeping and our waiter at the 127 restaurant was phenomenal. "

"Very cool experience staying at the oldest hotel in Alaska! Definitely a different vibe than a standard hotel if you are looking for a unique stay. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the location very much being able to explore downtown Juneau. "
