"The woman who helped me upfront was awesome. The issue was I woke up early to leave and in the lobby had a bunch of houseless people in it. There was no staff there and they were harassing me while I was trying to get into my car. As someone who grew up in the city, I’m normally used to this kind of thing, but there should be staff there to mediate the situation. "

"This is the second time I stay here for a ski trip. We had multiple roaches in the bathroom and the bathroom door doesn't shut. Furniture drawers don't close properly. Seems to be heading downhill. Unfortunate as the location is good. Also, after connecting to the wifi, I came under horrendous cyber attack. Owner/operator please look into your wifi network's vulnerability. "
