「Fantastic hotel right in the center of Pucallpa. I got some luck and booked at a great price and really enjoyed it. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and I enjoyed the included breakfast. I also had the chance to try out the spa with saunas and cold pool.」

「This was my 3rd one-night stay at the El Dorado Classic. This last visit I stayed on the 4th floor and the suite was basic but very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. There was very hot water , which wasn’t available during previous stays in lower rooms. I did observe that the hot water began running out once. I also had difficulty charging my phone there, though the reception staff and another hotel staff were immediately responsive to aid me in this matter, just not in my actual room....
