“The hotel location is ideal. Felt very safe as a single female traveller. Its just opposite dal lake and lots of public till midnight. Lots of night street shopping outside the hotel and lots of nice food places around. Just thought that the hotel was a little overpriced rest everything was nice”

The breakfast spread was very nice and the food menu was awesome - both Ala carte and In-room dining. A great location opposite Ghat No.2 at Dal gate and just 30mts from Srinagar airport.”

“This hotel service is very bad, During power outage , this hotel dont have any back up. All the corridors are as dark like night. Bathroom was dirty , there is water leakage in the pan. Very disgusting. We got this type of delux room but changed to some normal room. In that room no LCD tv was there. Room smells like some one smoked recently and floor was not clean at all .We called the person and get it cleaned again. In our package breakfast was included but they did not inform or asked.”

Although the reservation was confirmed by Hotels.Com and e mail to this effect was received by me, on reaching the houseboat, the reserved accommodation was denied to us. The houseboat owner refused to accept that the reservation made by me was for three double classic rooms even after showing the confirmation email from Hotels. Com. He continued to insist that the reservation made by me was for three studio rooms……
