"Upgraded at check-in to ocean front room. Was able to view/video a lot of whale activity with the ocean front room. Room was very clean, welcoming and well kept. Staff was excellent and pools were amazing. Highly recommend this resort and will return!!"

"We had an incredible stay at the Westin! We upgraded to the Hokupa'a tower and it was so worth it. The included breakfast bites, snacks and dinner bites were great portions with a wide variety of options - including healthy options and gluten-free. The children's activities and fitness activities were also a huge bonus! We had a great view of the ocean, and loved being so close to walk to the beach. Snorkeling nearby, and walking to restaurants, whale watch tours made it the perfect location! Pool and water slides were perfect for our family - and they also included reef sunscreen stations throughout the pool area. We can't wait to go back!"

"Only cleaned room 1 time out of the 5 days had to call for towels , valet and regular parking is 40 and 45 dollars which is a joke menu sucked no decent appetizers or nothing on menue and the price is a joke will not stay there again"

"Excellent place to stay. I had a premium room with an outdoor sitting area and I was even able to watch whales right from my room. The staff were wonderful and the room was spotless."

" The room didn’t really have a balcony, just a very narrow space about 12” wide that you could stand on, no chairs would fit. Also, the ocean view was very very small. These two things were very disappointing since the room was advertised as having a balcony. Our room smelled heavily like marijuana when we first arrived, and the toilet had not been cleaned. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told they were at 98% capacity, and there were no comparable rooms. So the value for what we paid seemed high. They mostly remedied the smell situation the next day, but we still smelled it somewhat later in the week and wondered if a neighbor was smoking in their room, and it was coming through our vents. Overall, we enjoyed the resort, the snorkeling right on the beach in front of the resort was wonderful, the pools were so nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchenette was more than adequate for what we needed. The restaurants on site were pricey but very good. The property grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The location is great, and close to so much. The shuttle to other nearby Westin resorts and shopping and dining was nice. "
