"Pros: Clean room. Steps away from the beach. Chec k in was very easy. Front desk was very responsive when asked for supply refills. Shared washer and drier on floor. Kitchen has the essentials. Fast Internet. Short 10-15 minute walk to the black rock for snorkeling. Ample parking. Next door to Whalers Village shops and restaurants. Cons, no deal breakers but: TV is about 20 years old from before HD TV days. Dated room but clean and functional. 5 star stay and fairly priced."

"Hyatt property was fabulous! The staff is perfection the food and beverages are amazing! Only bad was the rude lady at the car concierge. I wish I got her name cause I’d have her fired. We will be back ❤️"

"Perfect vacation spot"

"This resort is a hidden gem. Far enough from the crowds of the "big name brand" resorts such as The Westin, Marriott and Hyatt and close enough to the shopping and restaurants at Whalers Village. The stretch of beach here is the best on Maui. The rooms are great and very clean. The views from the rooms are amazing. The staff and service here is outstanding."

"Location to beach and beautiful grounds !! Pools top notch ! Black rock was fantastic my son loved jumping!! Food needs improvement on site. Staff was fantastic . Hotel could use updating, paint exterior halls update tile & need more access to microwave. "
