Our spacious, well-appointed, comfortable cottage in a lovely garden setting is one of the largest at 1,700 square feet, and most private at this beautiful garden complex. Large bedrooms feature a guest room with brand new twin beds, with a king bed option, closet, large dresser, and a fully remodeled bathroom just steps across the hall. The primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, six-drawer dresser, another large closet, and a large en-suite bathroom with access to the private outdoor laundry area and clotheslines. Both bedrooms are sunny and bright with louver window banks halfway down two walls, along with large ceiling fans, and portable fans. Bedroom walls are sound-proofed and private - no shoji doors. A large, enclosed lanai has some ocean views, features large banks of louver windows, an expandable teak table with a reading/seating area, a bicycle barn. The open, covered smaller lanai is private with gorgeous property views, and sunsets. A sparkling heated pool is 20 steps from the large lanai sliding door. The cottage is well-stocked with kitchen amenities, a full linen closet of beach, bath, and pool towels for short or long-term stays. A full chest of beach amenities and toys, boogie boards, as well as ice coolers, are for guest use. Ceiling fans, portable fans, and an abundance of windows keep the cottage cool and comfortable - no AC. Free parking for one car is 50 steps from the easy-access cottage. Kahekili Beach Park, one of Maui’s best, is just a 10-minute walk across the street. A protected marine park, Kahekili, about a half mile north of Black Rock, has excellent snorkeling, lawns, tree shade, showers, bathrooms, picnic gazebo, and plenty of shaded parking. A 25-minute stroll along the lovely pathway south leads to Ka’anapali Beach. The cottage location is an easy, quick access location by car to Napili, Kapalua, Lahaina. It’s an affordable paradise setting in a world-class destination! Note: This quiet complex does not allow parties or large gatherings.
