The property manager sent a warm, personalized confirmation message, responded promptly when we verified our reservation a few days before arrival, and had check-in instructions ready right when we needed them. Rubi and Flor Maria are outstanding hosts — attentive, detail-oriented, and clearly take great pride in this property.The space itself is spotless and thoughtfully furnished — comfortable without being overdone. Practical amenities like a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer round out everything you could need for a comfortable, extended stay.The neighborhood is very safe and secure, and the off-street parking gave us great peace of mind. "We stayed in 4 of these new hotels within 2 weeks. This one was empty and felt sad to be so forgotten and unused after a year. The hotel DESPERATELY NEEDS SIGNS ON THE ROAD. You have to call for directions. Google Maps is wrong and staff knows this. Unlike every other hotel, this was unmarked and we spent over an hour trying to navigate without a WiFi signal. The road to the hotel is long with blind spots. It will take 20 min from the road. Not sure who planned that absurd bike line but a two lane would feel safer. The price and pool, amenities staff are great but wow, but a sign on the road or send txts to guests like the others did. Food was best here. "
