"This spot is great. It definitely isn't the most luxurious place but, for those who are game, it is a wonderful property with extremely attentive and caring staff. It is nestled right in the edge of the Kiwali forest and a great jumping off point for chimp trekking."

"Spacious rooms, magnificent view over the crater lake, and very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to stay and combine the Chimpansee trekking at Kibale. They also helped arranging a local tour around for us. Definitely recommend!"

"Amazing stay as always. Beautiful experience swimming in the lake and seeing the different species of monkeys around the site. Excellent value."

"Great looking hotel! i wish I would've had more time to enjoy the terrace and look at primates. Next time, easy choice. I really enjoyed knowing that their vegetation part shares the land with the park, so in a good day you can see Chimps from your front patio."

"Hotel was nice enough but extremely hard to get to. It is the rainy season in Uganda and the dirt roads were tough. Also to get to the hotel you have to climb a lot of stairs so not for anyone who has mobility issues. Final note they had removed all mosquito nets we think a bit prematurely "

"The location is quiet in a leafy setting just a few minutes drive from the City. The staff were professional and welcoming. Chanced on meeting the host who ensured the stay was a good one. Meals were on time and the service was very satisfactory. I would definitely visit again and recommend to others."
