"很多人滑雪，地方很大，但路線指示不多，也沒有地圖，到房間很才發現有App可到酒店網站查看地圖，應該在前枱就向我們介紹使用，可減少時間找路，但職員很好，會幫忙。 房間設施雖有點舊，但整潔乾淨。酒店食肆選擇很多，附近還有7–11。還可以夾公仔👍👍"

"Just stayed at Raku Suisan, and it was pure bliss! This intimate retreat delivered the ultimate relaxation we were craving. The free-flowing natural hot spring in every room helped us truly unwind and disconnect from everything. The dinner highlights were the French cuisine and teppanyaki—both beautifully presented, full of flavor, and perfectly paced. If you're seeking peace, incredible mountain scenery, and top-notch hospitality in a quiet, luxurious setting, Raku Suisan is highly recommended."

"房間整齊乾淨，有大浴缸可以泡澡，也有公區域可以休息看窗景。窗外可以直接看到洞爺湖景色非常漂亮。另外預約飯店接駁也很親切又方便，還沒到check-in時間，也有服務我們載到溫泉街，行李直接送到飯店。服務很周到。"

"I like the two room design, with independent shower rooms. Love the kitchen and the living room, very comfortable. The biggest selling point of the very expensive room rate was the view of Mt. Yotei. But there's a high rise building standing in the very middle of the view, blocking almost 40% of Mt. Yotei view from our room. The room rate was not worth it. Also soundproof was bad too. I could hear clearly how loud the people on the street were at 1am."
