「There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. 」

「A bit far from old city that customer shall factor the time and cost to reach the old city. Old property that do not up to 4 star international standard. Variety of breakfast.」

「water stopped at the first night，called front desk，and nobody pick the phone」

「Tidy, Quiet clean...Good Restaurant, delicious breakfast & meals....」

「A little far from the city but 15 minutes with a bus trip」

「Was the nicest hotel I stayed at durning my time in the Baltic States. The room was beautiful, and the staff were amazingly warm (compared to Lithuania, and Latvia). Nice location, old town is about a mile walk away. Will def stay here again next time I come to Estonia.」

「The place was clean and in a convenient location. Everything was self-serviced. There’s no TV in the room, but not a big problem as we only spent a night there. There was no soap in the dispenser in our room, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Laundry service was available but apparently only between 9am-9pm, which was basically useless to travellers who arrived late at the hotel.」
