Outstanding customer service!!

Our original booking the ac wasn't working properly, and after contacting the staff, was relocated to another room with outstanding air conditioning and an even better view. Any questions we had were answered promptly with much aloha. Will be staying here again. Highly recommend! Much Mahalo
