The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The back bedroom (Garden Room) has a luxurious queen-sized bed, 43-inch flat panel smart TV, full closet, and its own in-suite full bathroom. The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The front bedroom (Ocean Room) has a luxurious queen-sized bed, private access to the lanai in the front, so you can wake up and step out to breathe in the fresh air and drift asleep each night to the crashing waves.
Kitchen:
My kitchen is fully stocked - oven, microwave, air-fryer, coffee bar and all the necessities to make an amazing meal. Enjoy your meals out on the lanai or at the inside dining table which seats four.
Living Area:
This living area boasts a modern and breezy design. Enjoy a Smart TV, board games, decks of cards, and an oversized chair for relaxing.
Parking:
Enjoy having your own parking spot in the underground parking area as well as additional parking in the front if you have guests. The pool is open from 9 am to 9pm and has a barbecue area and there is even an outdoor shower. The kayak/ surfboard storage area is behind the front office.
The Neighborhood:
This tropical retreat is located in Honolani resort in Maui - Building A. Hololani is right on the majestic waters of the Pacific Ocean, sailing, fishing, and scuba diving at your fingertips - not to mention a front row seat for spotting humpback whales and sea turtles!
Enjoy having breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the lanai staring at the ocean! Wake up each morning to birds singing, swaying palm trees, and the teal blue waters of the ocean... there is no escaping the absolute UNOBSTRUCTED view from this condo! On mild rainy days, you often can see beautiful rainbow after a mild shower right from the lanai.
Other amenities include a freshwater swimming pool, free high speed wireless internet, cable, (4) Tommy Bahama folding beach chairs for beach days, beach umbrella and beach towels. Enjoy sitting on the lanai or the couch, there is a beautiful view wherever you are.
The condo is conveniently located minutes away from many of Maui’s famous activities, luxury shopping areas, pristine beaches, lush green tropical sights, farmers market, hiking trails, golf courses and restaurants.
**I do not charge management fees, resort fees, or charge for parking like other resorts do, there are NO hidden resort fees.
**Please note this unit DOES NOT have air conditioning! Tradewinds off the West Maui mountains keep it cool and I have ceiling fans and others throughout the unit.
Also, direct beach access is currently limited due to high tide conditions and winter/spring erosion. During the winter months North swells create a wash away effect on the sandy beaches. The summer months bring South swells which help bring the sand back to the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags along the shoreline to protect the beach from further erosion. There is beach access at some of the neighboring resorts (Sands of Kahana) as well as Pohaku Beach (S turns) which is .3 miles from the resort.
*Please Note: Hololani is undergoing an above-ground waterproofing & spalling repair scheduled to start March 27, 2023 and complete around July 15th, 2023 (these dates are subject to change).

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
