If any of you are worried about the recent storm that hit Oahu’s North Shore, please do not be concerned in regard to our property.
We are happy to share that our property has not sustained any damage at all and remains in excellent condition. Everything is fully operational, and for us it is truly business as usual.
Hawaiʻi continues to be incredibly beautiful, and the Turtle Bay area remains a very special place to visit and enjoy. We are also pleased to share that the businesses and restaurants at The Ritz-Carlton Oʻahu, Turtle Bay are operating normally.

Located at Turtle Bay Resort in the gated Ocean Villas complex. You can have the privacy of an exclusive beach front house, while having the convenience of Resort amenities, AND the security of a 5 start luxurious complex.

Getting Around:

Our villa is located directly on the beach in one of the most exclusive and private areas of the Ocean Villas—a privately owned luxury villa community within the Turtle Bay Resort area, home to The Ritz-Carlton Oʻahu, Turtle Bay. While all beaches in Hawaiʻi are public by law, access to this stretch of beach is primarily enjoyed by Ocean Villas owners and guests due to its secluded location.

Just a one-minute walk away is Kuilima Cove, where Roy’s Beach House is located. This cove is known as one of the most swim-friendly beaches year-round, even when surf conditions are large elsewhere, thanks to a protective coral reef that keeps the water calm and ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing.

The view and sound of the ocean was amazing. The villa was very comfortable filled with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The beach chairs, towels, cooler were nice to have! This was the perfect location for our first stay in Northshore, Oahu. The “little things” made this condo so comfortable and easy to feel like home…including beach chairs, nice dishes, thick towels, laundry supplies, and high-end washer/dryer combo. Having a designated parking spot meant that we didn’t have to search for a spot or walk a long distance. Easy access to the Turtle Bay resort, but honestly, we had everything we needed in the condo. My only suggestion is to send basic check-in details more than 3 days before arrival. (Door/gate combinations could be sent closer to arrival). We were traveling such a long distance and making stops before Oahu, we didn’t have an opportunity to review for questions prior to our departure.

Great place, very relaxing and feels quite private with a secluded garden area overlooking the beach. Super hiking and wildlife viewing opportunities right on the property. We love the quality and choice of food options just down the road in Kahuku.

Fabulous stay at a fantastic property! We hope to return again and again! Our new favorite place to stay in Hawaii. We’ve been to all the major islands over the past 50 years and we’ve now fallen in love with the North Shore. This ocean villa has it all! We are fellow Vrbo Premier Hosts who take great pride in our Colorado ski condo. We have been to many properties that are ill equipped and simply rentals. This place has it all! We felt like this was our home away from home! Fully stocked! All you need is a swimsuit and flipflops. And a dress for dinner at Roy’s or Alaia! Be sure to check out the food trucks (Giovanni’s, Da Bald Guy, or Ry’s for poke nachos!) We loved Waimea Valley, Hale’iwa (Snoopy’s Surf Shop, Hei store, and most importantly, North Shore Christian Fellowship for beautiful worship and church on Sunday mornings). We highly recommend the Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour around the island that leaves from the resort. Super convenient and a wonderful surprise for my husband’s birthday! This was our very favorite trip to Hawaii and we look forward to returning soon! Mahalo!
