Paradise!

This place has everything you want and need for a perfect beach vacation! The condo is impeccable, beautiful and comfortable. The view is outstanding and the resort is a treasure. Our family of 5 was so happy there!

Things were very comfortable and accommodating for family of all ages. There weren’t any linens for the pack n play, which I think was noted, but would be good to have.

Pure Relaxation!

Just what we needed as a family to unwind and relax on the North Shore. Nothing beats this location with its connection to the Turtle Bay Resort. Unit 309 was spacious and had the exact view as in the pictures. What made the trip for us were the evenings that we spent sunset surfing off the point break. The parking spot is super close, and the Beach locker was stocked with everythig we could have possibly needed. Overall it was a true 5-star experience.

Great amenities!

This is sure expensive but it was great! The pool and not tub were so clean and warm. Beach access with the best snorkeling spot on this side. Great kitchen with so many supplies to help cook. Washer and drier could use replaced. Couch bed broke but they had 2 twin air mattresses which was nice. Overall great stay.

Wonderful Property

This property is adjacent to Turtle Bay and share the same calm beach. This penthouse suite has EVERYTHING - well organized. Every piece of beach equipment you could possibly want and more. REALLY comfy beds - the host Gina was fantastic and responded rapidly. The only drawback for us is that the penthouse suite is right by the pool - so you get lots of activity during the day - this is PERFECT for family vacations.

Early December '23

Rooms layout was excellent for our needs. Large master w/ private bath with view over pool & filtered ocean view (through palm trees around pool). Well equipped kitchen (we cooked-in most meals), ice maker, big family dining table. Had convenient option to swim in ocean at beach (is safe due to reef that keeps waves small) or very nice pool w/ adjoining hot tub. Kids loved it and spent many hours swimming and making friends. Parents & grandparents loved it because pool does not encourage rowdy behavior, and kids were always in sight. Clean shared gas grills for cooking local fresh seafood & steaks. Very well equipped storage closet with various sizes snorkling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards & kids toys. Walked beaches everyday at dawn. Groceries short 10-15min drive either direction on main road. Complaints - fold-out bed couch is unusable...it is so destroyed that it is uncomfortable to sit on, let alone sleep on. A laminated sign was left telling us to "...not open the hide-a-bed..." because it cannot be properly folded back into place. Really should be fixed asap. This really detracted from our stay. The kitchen faucet had been abused and was not functioning properly. Couldn't switch between shower and stream modes, and on/off handle was falling apart...had to call mgmt to get it fixed day 1, which they did promptly. Marked down cleanliness to 3 stars due to encountering hair from previous occupants several times over our stay.

Very Nice With A Couple of Limitations

This villa had a sleeper sofa that was broken and could not be used. A note about using a blow up mattress was left. The blow up mattress would not hold air even though we spend quite a bit of time working with it. First time it was used, my grandson ended up on the floor by morning. The other disappointment was that the coffee maker was broken. Would not grain coffee into a cup below. Wanted to overflow after repeated tries. Had to go to resort hotel every morning just for coffee.

Good property, could use some work

Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was pretty nice, in a nice spot, however this particular unit had some maintenance issues, some of these were resolved at the time of the rental, others remained. The maintenance team was responsive, but I spent more time dealing with things than I would have liked on vacation.Postives:1) The equipment storage closet was nice and well stocked. 2) The unit is in a good location on the property and quiet.3) Kitchen is a good way to save some money on vacation.Issues:1) AC in the unit is terrible. We spent our first night in a warm, and very humid unit. The maintenance guy came out and replaced the thermostat, which helped some, however the front rooms never really cooled off (probably 80 degrees) even with that repair. 2) Washing machine would not drain properly and was effectively non-functional for our time at the property. This was a big reason we chose the property, and a big disappointment.3) Sofa bed was broken. It had been broken long enough to print out a laminated card indicating as such, instead of just replacing the broken sofa. Air beds were provided, but air beds are not a replacement for a sofa bed. This was another reason we chose the property.4) The unit smelled of sewer gas on arrival. I tracked it down to a dry p-trap where the hot water overflow pan/safety valve would drain in the closet. I put a few cups of water down the drain and that corrected the issue. Not a huge issue, but indicative of general upkeep.5) Safe was locked and non-functional. The property management team did offer to replace, but another maintenance issue.6) Shower head in the bathroom was leaking and spraying out, this issue was resolved the first morning.

We traveled with infant twins and a 3 year old and knew we needed a place that had quick access to a beach and pool that could also house all of us comfortably. This place was it. We were also able to easily eat at Turtle Bay restaurants and explore the northern part of Hawaii that not merely Haleiwa.When we got there, a pack n play was missing; they were able to accommodate immediately as well. Great communication before and during my stay.
