  • Start your day with a stroll on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Enjoy the sunrise in Kailua where your Hawaiian holiday truly begins. Kailua Beach is a perfect place to go to 'get-away-from-it-all.' Swim, boogie board, surf, kayak, sail, or windsurf in the warm ocean waters.

    Visit beautiful Kailua at an affordable price. Our studio is spacious, clean, and provides many amenities. This Hawaiian theme studio is a permitted short term rental unit located a short block from world famous Kailua Bay. Less than two miles to charming Kailua Town with boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, breweries. Whole Foods, Japan Express and much more.

    Our accommodation has all the modern comfort features such as Split System A/C, 42” TV, Washer/Dryer, Apartment Size Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Toaster, and Microwave. Super Comfortable King Size Bed with memory foam topper. Extremely Clean (Our crew launders the pillows between each rental). Beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards are provided. The unit has a private yard with patio table, umbrella, and a gas grill. We work hard to think of all the details to make your stay wonderful and comfortable. Hawaii has been our home for more than 50 years and we have lived in Kailua for most of that time. Our wish is that you have a wonderful vacation in Beautiful Kailua!

Tom was a great landlord, ac great, close walk to a great beach. We would and will go back and stay there. Really close to where our family lives!The driveway is narrow, if you rent a big jeep of a big suv , be careful going in and out.

Andrea's place was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. She pays attention to details! I loved the fact that there are 2 comfy recliners! The private outdoor space with umbrella table and grill was a bonus that the rain prevented us from using. The location is amazing--just a short walk to the gorgeous beach!

This place is in a great location and felt so homey! The bed is so comfortable! Having a washer and dryer ( I hung our clothes to dry though) was an added bonus.Thank you for opening your home. Best Location Ever

The location of this property is perfect. It’s about a 3 minute walk to the private side of Kailua Beach, which was our favorite beach we visited across the whole island. Andrea was super accommodating and provided a lot of beach supplies (snorkeling gear, boogey boards, bug towels, bags) and extras like little cookies and coffee.
