Property was great, the view was amazing. The closet with games, towels, chairs, snorkels, etc. was appreciated. The parking was a little narrow, but we fit a Chevy Tahoe. The pools were nice. Location was close to stores. Communication was excellent.

Amazing Stay!

Everything we needed was there. The view was amazing. They even had some including snorkel gear and beach gear to use. My family had a great time. I would book this spot again.

Oceanside family vacay

We travelled to Hawaii with our kids (11 and 14) and my parents, who had never travelled before but had HI as a bucket list trip. The condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. My parents were able to have their own suite down on the end, and the kids were happy up in the loft. We all loved starting the day with coffee on the lanai looking out at the ocean and with occasional breakfast time dolphin viewing. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The beach chairs and coolers were well appreciated. The location was ideal for quick food and grocery options, nearby beaches and snor, and easy access to multiple locations further afield.

Excellent stay on Kona coast

Nice complex of condos, quiet, clean, good location. Condo itself was well set up for two couples, and a loft. Furnishings a little tired but otherwise well stocked kitchen and tons of beach/pool stuff. Owners were very accommodating to allow of late check out - nice bonus for us.

Gorgeous view, right on the water

Very comfy property right on the water. The ocean isn’t really usable but there is a nice pool and you can snorkel in the harbor nearby even if the surf is crashing. Beds were comfy and the AC worked fine. Location is very close to groceries and

The perfect property for our family vacation! We traveled with our adult kids and SO for 10 days over Thanksgiving. The condo could not have been more perfect! Comfortable couch and recliners. All the beach equipment you could ask for, big kitchen. And the best view on the island! From the lanai we saw dolphins, whales and an outrigger race. Pounding surf one day splashing onto the rocks up and down the coast. 2 king size beds along with a queen and twin gave everyone ample room. Very homey and clean. Hope to be back someday!

Amazing view and a Wonderful stay

Can’t beat a cup of morning Coffee on this lanai. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the snorkeling gear and beach gear provided. No tennis rackets but these can easily be checked out from office. Super friendly staff there

beautiful condo

This condo is beautiful and the view is amazing. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Prior to arrival I noticed something in the fine print of the information sent to us after booking stating there was a $25 fee each day to use the air conditioning. This is not listed anywhere on the online listing so I reached out to the manager and shared that this extra fee wasn't on the listing and having AC was one reason we booked this place. He responded and said he would take the extra fee off (it had already been added). When we arrived at the condo at 7:30pm the condo was 85degrees and the controls for the air were locked. We reached out via vrbo and didn't get a response but then reached out to a different number given upon arrival and they shared that we didn't pay for AC and I let her know I was told her didn't need to and she eventually helped us get the AC going. Just beware the AC is only available if you pay extra and the house does get quite hot without it.

Beautiful view of crashing waves

The condo is very nice and has a magnificent view of crashing waves and spectacular sunsets. Our welcome package was very sweet and delicious. The only negatives were the very old kitchen appliances and dim lighting in bath and kitchen.

Perfect location for our Hawaiian family vacation.

Quiet, safe, clean grounds & property centrally located just 15 min north of Kona. Great amenities. Listening to the waves crash and view from the lanai is breathtaking. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The keauhou village is within walking distance with great restaurants, longs drug, KTA grocery market and a farmers market on Saturday’s where we got fresh fruit, limeade and vegetables. The condo came with everything we needed including a closet full of beach accessories. The owner was prompt with any concerns we had and we also had a property manager that went out of her way for us when we were out of some everyday needs. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

The grounds were very well kept and the pools were great especially the ocean side pool. The condo was nice and very well stocked. The furniture in the living area and upstairs could use an upgrade. Overall it was a nice stay.

Keauhou Bay Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo overlooking a lava beach with a spectacular ocean and sunset view. The resort and condo is older but it is clean and in great condition. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend as a great value for a small family or group of friends.

Adult Family Vacation

Beach supplies were fabulous. Kitchen supplies were proper. Bedding was clean. Patio view was AMAZING. Accessibility to area attractions was great. Owner allowed us to have a late checkout due to a late departing flight. He was so accommodating. We will stay again if we get the chance. 5 stars!!!!

Amazing sunsets

Rooms are good sized, and kitchen was well stocked. Lanai overlooking the ocean was out of this world. We caught some glorious sunsets and had a wonderful time.

A Beautiful Spot in Paradise

We rent through VRBO often. This was a great property. Very clean. Well stocked in kitchen and for beach/pool accessories. You cannot beat the location. The store and some restaurants are very close by. There are a few beaches that are within 10 mins. And town is only about 20 mins away. A great spot. We would rent again!

Beautiful condo, Communication Not so Good

My husband and I along with our 4 girls stayed for 5 nights here following our 4 nights in Hilo. It’s a beautiful and WELL STOCKED condo! The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing! The communication with the property owner was not great. I received 2 different texts directing me to contact 2 different people with any concerns/questions during our stay. I emailed the contact numerous times with questions and no response. The cable in the middle bedroom did not work, there was a broken lamp bulb in the master bedroom, the master bath shower has two shower heads, only one working. The bathtub in the 2nd bathroom did not hold water for a bath. The home has 3 bedrooms ( 1 is a loft with 2 beds). It sleeps 7. We had 6 people and were charged $150 for extra guests? I have tried to inquire about this a few times and haven’t received a response. It’s really is a great place to stay - better communication is needed .

Spacious with a View

We enjoyed our stay in #1803. The unit was exactly as described. It has excellent views from the common areas. It was spotless and very comfortable/spacious for our family of five. Sunsets from the porch were amazing and you always hear the waves crashing! The ocean side pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained. First time renting thru VRBO and this was a very positive experience!
