Lovely and convenient location. Well appointed, clean, and comfy spot. Pool and hot tub nice addition to being across street from great snorkel beach. One bedroom but 2 full baths and couch is pull out bed so plenty of room. Lanai looks right over pool and beach, loved Al fresco dining. We used BBQ down by pool to cook in addition to using stoves. Hosts attentive and welcoming. This is my 3rd stay and will be back. Thank you!

December stay in Kona

We had a great time! This was a very nice place to stay and they provided a lot of amenities. The snorkeling at the beach across the street was wonderful.

Very nice stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was a perfect size for my husband me. There was a problem with the water heater that was quickly responded to and resolved. Great place.

Wonderful Week

Ideally located, clean , well-equipped condo directly across the street from a great snorkeling spot. The unit is comfortable, with a lanai offering wonderful ocean views, especially at sunset. Easy access to major roads for trips to other parts of the island. We’re happy to have had the opportunity to stay here, and hope we can return!

À wonderful time. We always feel like we are home when we are here. This is our condo of choice when visiting Kona. It is close town and the view is beautiful. Very well appointed, clean,and welcoming .

This condo is directly across the street from the best snorkel beach on the west side. The most stunning view ever. Walk across the street to the beach!

Wonderful Kona Condo

Wonderful condo right across the street from Kahalu'u Park with views of the ocean, beach, snorkeling, and surfing. The unit had everything you need for a nice Hawaiian vacation. Beautiful pool and barbecue area. Very clean and well maintained unit and grounds.

Appreciated the good pre visit communication; great location, good bed and linens, good kitchen and sports/beach amenities. Some issues with toilet handles (not shutting off water well), fridge is getting old (funky doors), and found items missed by cleaners (e.g. used plastic water bottle in bedrm, dishes clean but still in dishwasher).

Beautiful condo, great view, right above the pool with was nice, some of the best snorkeling across the street, close to everything in Kona, responsive and courteous managers. Highly recommend this spot!! Especially for kids with the pool and the snorkeling!

The quality of the build, design and furnishings was superb. The place looks brand new. The interior paint, tile work and furnishings work together to create a relaxed atmosphere with a beautiful and comfortable Hawaiian/tropical feeling. Everything is high quality. The four poster bed with the tropical designed bed cover was gorgeous and the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable and high quality. The main bathroom is beautiful and has a great shower with shampoo, etc and the towels, bath mats and floor mat look brand new and the towels were super high quality and soft and absorbent. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of pots, pans, silverware, coffeemaker, etc. and there was coffee and tea bags (I imagine you may need to replenish things like that). The washer and dryer were appreciated and worked great and were quiet. The central air conditioning was quiet and very effective and appreciated. The ceiling fans were great when air conditioning wasn’t needed. T, The outside lanai overlooking the beautiful Kahaluu Beach Park was ideal and perfect for breakfast and later. The pool and hot tub were just great, beautiful to look at and great to use. I should mention the entire complex looks exceptionally well maintained. The location of the place is perfect for exploring snorkeling up and down the coast and the National Historical Park at Honaunau is not to be missed IMHO.Grocery stores, restaurants, etc. are literally minutes away. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay

This condo has the best location on the Big Island. Right across from a great snorkeling beach and close to the Keahou Shopping Center and downtown Kona. The condo has everything you need and it is very clean. The view from the balcony is stunning. This is our third time staying at this condo and we love it.

Good Ocean Front Location

Right across from a beginner’s snorkeling beach. Easy driving for groceries and restaurants. Walking along the ocean drive is pleasant but can get busy. Excellent lanai overlooking the pool and beach. Quiet at night and easy parking.

Sweet spot

Had a great stay at this condo. Great location. Well appointed. Perfect for couple or couple with child. Bed was comfortable. Lanai with nice view. Although on main road condo seemed quiet with doors closed. AC works well. Across the street from public park with snorkeling and surfing opportunities. Would staystay there again.

Beach Villa the best we could have asked for on Hawaii

Our first trip to the Big Island. Having been to the other 3 before-our first on Hawaii (island), we found the villas exactly as promoted. Near to the snorkling. Although a small beach...it was the best around that we could see. The view from our room was perfect! The location was 100 yards from the beach counting - crossing the street. If you are going to the big island-west/South...this IS the place to stay. Clean, accessible, and perfect for this island's stay.

PEACEFUL AND QUIET

This is the second time we have stayed in this small condo complex. Very quiet, clean, and peaceful. Very nice pool area maintained every day. View of Kahulu Beach Park for snorkeling. We saw many whales from our condo. Most importantly there is never a problem for parking at all ever at any time of day. That in itself makes the vacation more relaxing. We will not stay elsewhere again. THIS is the place we will stay!
