Enjoy spectacular ocean views from your private main lanai. As you sip a local Kona coffee in the morning or enjoy a cold beverage from the outdoor mini-fridge as the sun sets over the azure Pacific, the spacious lanai (patio) features an outdoor dining table with room for family meals or lounging and admiring the Kona coast.
Luxurious and rare Hawaiian Koa wood cabinetry along with sparkling stainless steel appliances adorn the recently updated kitchen, which features everything you'll need to cook your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. Brew your own pot of coffee in our coffee maker, or enjoy a simple cup from our Keurig. We also have an electric water kettle to heat water for your tea, and a countertop toaster.
The full-sized dining table seats six comfortably for shared family meals with views to the ocean or the TV.
Our spacious living room features cozy seating to enjoy watching cable tv or movies on our large television, along with a queen-sized pull out sofa bed. High Speed internet and wifi is available for all of your tech needs and personal devices.
You'll find a comfortable king bed and full en-suite bathroom in the large primary bedroom with a massive walk-in glass shower, dual sinks, and a separate toilet room. There is a walk in closet for unpacking and storing your luggage. Just outside the main bedroom is a second private lanai, perfect for relaxing in peace with views of the Kona Country Club golf course.
The second bedroom features two twin beds. There is a second detached bathroom with full shower. Both bathrooms have been recently updated with stylish tile throughout. Both bedrooms have tv's mounted within view of the bed.
Newly installed split-air AC systems (independently controlled in the living room, and each bedroom) and ceiling fans throughout the condo ensure a cool and comfortable environment year-round. A full washer and dryer is available in our unit to keep your clothes so fresh and so clean while away from home.
There is a dedicated and reserved covered parking space for one car, with open parking for additional vehicles if needed. Relax stress-free as Kanaloa at Kona is a guard gated complex with security on site 24/7 to ensure a safe a secure environment for guests and owners.

All guests have access to the entire Kanaloa at Kona resort. Featuring spacious and manicured open spaces, sixteen acres of low density condos harken back to the Hawaii of yesterday with the modern conveniences that you deserve. Kanaloa at Kona is a gated condominium complex with 24 hour security staff on site.
Our favorite features include the three full sized pools. The Oceanfront pool is the most popular, where you can frolic next to the waves crashing on lava rocks only a few feet away. There is also a large family pool in the center of the complex right next to the club house and game room. Lastly you'll find a tranquility (quiet) pool, for relaxed lounging. All pools include showers and changing rooms.
For those seeking an active vacation there are two Tennis Courts on property for playing tennis or pickleball. Check out rackets and battle it out on the court of your choosing. For those seeking a smaller court, there is ping pong available in the club house.
Six outdoor Barbecues are available for grilling your fresh caught (or supermarket purchased) fish, tasty steaks, or juicy burgers. Enjoy grilling as you marvel at the majestic views of Hualalai mountain on one side and the mighty Pacific on the other.
