Great unit for a family of 4
We spend 2 weeks at the property over Christmas. The unit itself is a good configuration for a family of 4 and had all of basic necessities we needed (except for bbq utensils). The only dining room table is on the lanai but luckily we had didn't get any rain. The adults struggled a bit with the TV as it wasn't intuitive (no guide) but we didn't go there to watch TV.
We had a bit of a problem with the google map location trying to get to the property - Google shows it a bit north of the physical property. We sorted it out by using the actual address.
Our primary complaint about the property is with the complex itself - not the unit or the owner. The complex is a blend of owners and vacation renters. As a result, there are a lot of rules governing access to shared facilities and they are strictly enforced - no skip balls in the pool for example (apparently an owner was injured by getting hit in the head by an errant bounce). Our kids are a bit older so keeping the noise down wasn't a problem for us but one of the families was scolded by an owner for being too loud at 2pm in the middle of the week.
I found the owner (Valerie) to be responsive and professional during our communications. The booking and check-in/out process was quick and efficient. When we had to communicate during the stay, Valerie was quick to reply and took any needed action to ensure our stay was complete success.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the property and I believe it was good value for the money. We would definitley consider booking this property again.
