「We had such a lovely time at this condo! Arllen, our host, was incredibly responsive—any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly, which made everything so smooth. 「Room was as advertised. I liked the view of the Ocean, there is a road between you and the water, but not that noisy early morning or late evening. Room was a bit dated, but clean. Short drive to Magic Sands beach, or to downtown Kona. I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the lanai, and when at the room at the end of day, the Sunset, again, from the lanai. Awesome 10 days! Thank You!」

「This was a great play to stay for a family of 6. The place had a good amount of utensils, soap, pots and pans, and beach and snorkel equipment. Something to note is that there was a steamer not an iron and only four beach chairs, but in terms of the beach chairs we made it work. Very clean and the host was always quick to respond. This place is walking distance to the shops as well. Great location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!」

「The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! Underground parking was great as it keeps the car out of the hot Hawaiian sun.
