“Very private unit. Probably the most private, quiet and beautiful unit on the property. Super comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants and the ocean very very close!! Town is walking distance and lovely. Highly recommend this unit.”

“I had a wonderful view of the ocean and Alii drive. The room had almost everything I needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, coffee maker, small appliances, and cleaning products. Plenty of towels (bath, pool, kitchen). I didn’t use the tv, but I did use the WiFi which worked just fine. The bed and chairs in the unit were comfortable and there was a small dresser to hang clothes (including hangars). I used the AC and it cooled the space quickly. I used the laundry facilities.……

“This was a great place to stay! We were here for 6 nights and had a really amazing stay. There was onsite parking (which is huge), and it was very easy to find a parking spot.The location is in the middle of all of the Kona buzz, which made it easy for us to walk around when we stayed in town. The Farmer’s Market was less than a 5 minute walk, and Safeway, Walmart, and Target were all quite easy to get to. “The first half of the stay was great! The apartment is as described and very clean. However the shower drain became extremely slow in the second half of our stay. It got to the point where we’d have to wait over an hour between showers - bad when you’re on a beach vacation. We had to change our plans due to this. Communication with the management was extremely slow and it took over 3 days to get the issue addressed. That’s a third of our vacation with a barely working shower. I requested a……

“Fantastic oceanfront location! We had a minor issue with lockbox and host sorted it immediately. Condo spotlessly clean and great appliances plus all the beach chairs etc . A very comfortable stay”

Close to everything in Kona, 20m walk to pier, place right next to farmers market, restaurants. Only negative was Street noise, but humerus with cruisers and wide variety of music section”
