  • Enjoy waking up to the tropical sounds of paradise. Nestled into the beautiful tropical trees is this perfect first floor, one bedroom, fully appointed condominium which is walking distance to Kailua Pier (start of the Iron Man) and downtown Kona.

    Enjoy the completely furnished kitchen, including microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, blender, mixer and anything you would need to cook if you tire of all the wonderful local cuisine located close by.

    After a long day of swimming, surfing, boating or shopping, sit back and relax in air conditioned comfort and watch TV or catch up on your e-mails.

    Pack light if you want. You can wash clothes in the washer and dryer provided.

    Lots of DVD'S, games, books and things to do are waiting for you if you want to slow down after a day in the sun at the beach or at the pool on the property.

    Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the lanai which offers of glimpse of the ocean and mountain views.

    Plenty of towels, sheets and beach towels on hand as well as beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and extra card table and chairs.

Clean, well equips, the bath towels, boogie boards, umbrella and beach stuff was awesome. The AC was amazing. Great location to walk downtown.

This condo was in an excellent location. Beautiful walk down to the beach, conveniently next to all we wanted to do. The sleeping arrangements worked well for my family, and we appreciated the access to laundry and a dishwasher. Communication was quick and easy, as were check in and check out instructions. We would love to stay here again.

The condo was everything we expected and well equipped. We noticed that several pieces of the blinds in the bedroom were missing as was the remote to work the light on the fan in the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay, the pool and great location.

yes everything was good. We used the lanai a lot and liked being able to see the ocean and the cruise ships when they were in town. Fun being walkable to everything. Condo was comfortable but we had a little trouble figuring out the TV system.

My stay was excellent! It was clean, quiet ,convenient location ! Everything worked and not a problem encountered, neighbors very quiet too so it was very relaxing. We did not get to use the pool but I’m sure it was great! Will definitely rent here for my next stay in Kona!

Very nice!

The condo is clean and spacious with everything you need, including a comfortable balcony. It has a great location, just a few blocks from the beach and close to many great restaurants and shops.

Great space, welcoming and homey!

Sam was the ultimate host....condo was spotless, spacious and safe. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and downtown Kona He has plenty of beach toys and chairs.

Property was located at a great place -walking distance from the pier, shopping places, food, farmers market. Amenities like the washer/dryer, kitchenette and parking spot were a plus. I think the only downsides - there were missing pieces from the window shades, so that exposed a bit of our privacy and there are a couple weird windows that didn’t block any noise. The windows were as a window shades where you can turn the plastic piece to open or close the other way - we heard everything outside. Other than that, this was an excellent stay and I would definitely stay again if the window shades were fixed.

Wonderful VRBO in Kailua

We had a great stay. The place was clean, cool and close to everything. It was very comfortable with a nice lanai. Its a short walk to the Kailua shopping, restsurants and happy hours. The popular beaches were a short drive away. Beach chairs were a nice plus.
