Fun family getaway

Recently stayed with family - 10 of us total. The house was perfect. Kids had their own area downstairs with endless entertainment. Adults had the upper level for relaxation. Main level offered family dinners in a well-stocked, large kitchen. Views and outdoor sitting areas were very enjoyable. The lake access via dock was visited daily. We had fun on the giant lily pad and floating around in the lake. The house is off the beaten path, but the local grocery store is a 20 minute drive and has everything you could need. Fun restaurants on the lake and boat rental opportunities as well (also within the 20 minute drive time range). Overall I’d highly recommend for a relaxing trip with a large group.

Such a lovely home with plenty of space for the whole family! Host was pleasant to talk with and cery informative. Home had all the essentials you could possible imagine and then some! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed this house for our family vacation. Great space for everyone. The dock was great for everyone to play at- the lily pad and floats were great. Some enjoyed the ability to fish. We will return for our next trip to the Lake of the Ozarks.

Great house for large groups

This house was great for our family getaway. We all had so much fun at the dock on the lily pad and floats. We used all of the beds and they were all so comfy. Definitely a lot of space and well stocked with all we needed. Will rent again if we have a large group again.

Nice place!

Great property with great view. It's off the beaten path but close to osage beach. Had no water one day for 5 or so hours but homeowner worked diligently to correct.

Amazing Home

This house is even better than the pictures. They went way beyond what we expected. They have everything you could possibly need. There was so much to do there. We loved kayaking , the video games, shuffleboard, etc. etc. Having the golf cart to drive up and down to the lake was great. But the walk wasn’t bad either. We would love to come again.

Really nice spot! A lot to love and only a little not to. PROs- the house is amazing. tons of beds, chairs, everything. great for a crowd- having the dock was so fun. - seems out of the way, but still within 20ish minutes to everything- plenty of parking (a beware below)- everything you want in a good lake house rental experienceCONS (very few and can be avoided)-kaiser road is the worst road I've ever driven on. horrible potholes for the whole time. take black road which is almost the same in time/distance but your gps won't suggest it. once we figured this out, way way way better-neighbors. accidentally had a car in the wrong spot and got yelled at by the neighbor at 6am. as long as you follow the instructions you'll be fine. Overall would definitely recommend and would rent again!

Great family house

Our stay was a lot of fun! The house was perfect for our big family of 12 and had plenty of room. The only reason we are not giving 5 stars is due to the temperature of the upstairs area. They had a sign that mentioned it got warm up there so we were under the impression this was normal. It got up to 88 degrees up there. After talking to the owner, after our stay, it sounds like the AC was not working properly. For future stayers, if it gets too hot up there let the owner know. Hopefully you don’t have to deal with hot temperatures on the third level like we did.The house had everything you need from kitchen utensils to towels and linens. Plenty of beds and the gaming area downstairs was fantastic for our family game tournament! The basketball table broke while we were there and we made sure to let the owner know as it seemed to already be broken but we did not check before using the table. There were plenty of board games, UNO, playing cards, arcade games,coloring books and crayons! They definitely have this house stocked with things to do.The dock was GREAT! The only thing is in order to get to it you do have to walk down a very steep hill. Be ready for a hike up when you’re heading back to the house. They did mention they had a golf cart before but it was wrecked and they no longer had it. Definitely would be helpful for the dock hike up and down.We rented a boat and it was super helpful to have the boat slip. Lilly pad was great! Overall great family trip!! Thanks!!

Picturesque view

Stayed with 13. House was plenty big to feel spacious, loved the high ceilings. Dock was nice to have and kids loved playing there. I was impressed with the quality of the house, had everything needed for cooking to include seasonings. Also each bathroom had plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. You could tell the owners thought of everything. Kids loved running around the house and the deck view is perfect with a glass of wine

Gorgeous house, tons of space

The house is amazing if you have a large group. Tons of space and you never feel like you’re right on top of each other. The location on water was beautiful. The only note is that the trip from the house to the dock can be a bit tricky, but the house provides a golf cart that can help. Overall amazing!

Excellent stay

Well stocked, appreciated the beach towels, Tupperware and other items to make our stay enjoyable. The beds and linens were amazing. The golf cart was super handy. All the video games and shuffle board kept our party occupied. Our hosts answered questions ahead of time and overall exceeded our expectations. Depending on your route, you may be partially driving in on a dirt road. The swim dock is also well stocked with fun. There were kayaks, floaters and a Lilly pad. We did not rent a boat and had an awesome time just using the swim dock.

The pictures show no justice fourth how this house really looks

the house was so beautiful it was perfect for the amount of people we had it was clean it was just wonderful the view of the lake was like a 12 out of 10 it was amazing the owners of the property where the nicest people I have ever met renting a vacation house online there was a little confusion in the beginning but the owner of the house made it all better for me they are just wonderful people it had a game room it has walk-in showers V ceilings very clean everything was up to date it was just beautiful and we will be back!

Wonderful Vacation Home

Spacious home with excellent lay out for family gatherings. Lots of sleeping accommodations for the various ages. The game room was a nice area for the teenagers to gather. Excellent kitchen for gourmet cooking. The outdoor decks were nice to enjoy the fabulous views. The home was very clean with plenty of linens. Comfy beds. Nice cove. The boat dock was a bit of a hike but our family is fit so it worked for us. The golf cart was handy when we didn't feel like making the trek on foot. Enjoyed the kayaks and the swim mat. The homeowner was very responsive when we had questions. Our family had a blast.

Awesome House

We so enjoyed staying at this home. It is big, beautiful and has everything you need. Our family had a great time. There was so much for the kids to do that they had no trouble keeping busy. There were so many great spaces for them to enjoy each other. The Kitchen had everything available. The fact that it had a washer and dryer was nice. The dock was awesome and included kayaks and a lily pad which the kids really enjoyed. The view is beautiful. I would really recommend this for a family getaway.

Amazing property!

These pictures do not lie! It's an amazing property. Family vacation to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. So much space for 17 people ranging from 1 to 76 years of age. They provided everything you can think of from lawn chairs to high chairs and crock pots (3 sizes!) to a grill. the dock is a block or so away, but worked well for us. Highly recommend.
