“the staff was very unprofessional and not trained properly
i booked 2 suite rooms and i got one suite room and one standard room.
also they forced my kids to stay at 3rd floor and parents at 5th floor without parental attention
or they asked me to stay all in one room despite booking 2 suite rooms (they sold my rooms to someone else it seems )
had to wait fir 1.30 hours to get my room key
overall a very good property at very good location with worst customer service
never recommend……

“We had a wonderful stay at Woodrose Resort during our Wayanad trip. The peaceful surroundings, beautiful views, and relaxing atmosphere made it a perfect place to unwind. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, responded promptly to all our requests, and were available 24/7 whenever we needed assistance. “Great getaway for a few days immersed in nature, stunning hikes and views and wonderful staff and cuisine.
Accent on on-site activities is justifiable; surrounding attractions outside the property, while famous, are incredibly crowded and congested and better to enjoy the excellent ambiance, service and cuisine and superb cabin rooms drenched with birdsongs!”

“It was an extremely disappointing stay. We were 3 families stayed around the new year. Firstly, the property is in a very isolated place and getting there is incredibly hard..for last 1km stretch leading upto the property , there is no road at all and only one vehicle can pass through .if in the opposite direction , another vehicle is coming through , one of them have to take a reverse and reach the starting point ..terrible
Food..breakfast had very limited options and not exciting at all for……
