"We have stayed here many times and it’s been great. However, this time the pool area was closed. The water barely trickled out of the bathroom sink faucet and the fan had a loud annoying squeak. Everything else was great, as usual."

The night stand had dried up liquid that wasn't ours on it and the pull out had crumbs etc in it. The blanket we were given for the pull out sofa had unidentifiable stuff matted on it. "

"This hotel barely has amenities. The decor is ultra modern & not at all attractive. The rooms have no glassware, minimal bedding, budget TV w no access to anything but live TV. Finess room is nice, but very small & basic. Perhaps best feature is the indoor pool. No access to food or drinks, other than breakfast. It seems some very basic upgrades & niceties could be added to improve the experience. Bare basics, with barren, modern decor."
