Most of the staff were wonderful, but, and this may show my age, it took awhile to get one of them to help me with a bus problem. Being told to go to the internet or go to the bus station to fix a ticket is not what I thought I should expect from a 5 star hotel. I had to ask the gentleman to cal for me to straighten out a problem. I had no car so when I was told that I had to go to the bus station in the dark to figure things out I was surprised. Everyone else was great.

Well located property on the sea front with beautiful views in the morning. The hotel is very modern with all expected amenities, and staff is always available to assist. Breakfast buffet selection is of high quality and the hotel benefits from a roof top bar and an additional cafe accross on the sea walk, with lovely food and great cocktails. Kalamata beach is five minutes away with black sand and clear water, with great views on the mountain. There are many other lunch or dinner options along the sea walk and despite the bustle, the rooms are very quiet and made for a very relaxing stay.

Great location nice bedding clean and nice staff. Parking close was made available to us. there is an odd smell coming out of the shower which can happen in older towns and the rain head was not functional only the hand held in the shower It is higher end of prices for the area so regular maintenance important - we gave the hotel permission for them to enter room and repair but received no folllow up on whether they tried or not and it wasn’t repaired by the next morning so that was disappointing especially at the price for the room
