Phenomenal property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and the hosts met us with the gate and house key. They were very welcoming and accommodating to our requests/questions. We would absolutely stay here again, by far one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had.

First and foremost our hosts Kosta and Maria were absolutely wonderful people! They made us feel like family from the moment we met them. The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean, spacious and in a perfect location overlooking the Messenian Gulf in the Ionian Sea, yet within close proximity to several beaches, grocery stores and Kalamata proper. The sunsets, enjoyed from our private balconies, were spectacular every single night. We also spent many lazy afternoons at the little beach bar located just a short 5 minutes drive at the foot of the hill enjoying the beach and the sea. The property was gated and had ample parking in the rear along with an outdoor grill and pizza oven. The kitchen was fully equipt with anything you needed to make meals and included a full size fridge/freezer and state of the art cooktop. The attached dining room offered ample indoor seating for meals (or playing cards/games) and the outside dining area offered the same. Each of the 4 bedrooms had a lovely view of the mountains and/or the sea. The kitchen, dining and living rooms provided a great view of the front garden and the sea. We especially enjoyed drinking our coffee each morning out on the front patio lounge set overlooking the beauty of the gulf. The location of the property made it easy to do day trips to other points of interest in the Peloponnese. We would 100% recommend Sunset Paradise and plan to return! Thank you Kosta and Maria for making us feel so welcome. We miss you already!!

Family reunion

The home itself was clean and neat but it was not a place for small children. The stair landing had a cello with only one string on a stand just waiting for some one to trip once it. We spend the first 1/2 hour putting things into closets and up high to protect the kids and the property. In addition the entrance into the property was thru a large metal gate. As we were in two cars and we only given one remote to open the gate we were unable to gain entrance if we were not all together. When we asked for an additional remote the host did not reply until we contacted the central office the following day. We were also not notified that there were 2 large dogs on the property and that most nights those two dogs and neighboring dogs barked for hours.
