「Most of the staff were wonderful, but, and this may show my age, it took awhile to get one of them to help me with a bus problem. Being told to go to the internet or go to the bus station to fix a ticket is not what I thought I should expect from a 5 star hotel. I had to ask the gentleman to cal for me to straighten out a problem. I had no car so when I was told that I had to go to the bus station in the dark to figure things out I was surprised. Everyone else was great.」

「We stayed at four different hotels on this trip. All were good but ASO Kalamata was undeniably the best. They do the little things right that other hotels can't or won't do, such as a corkscrew in the room and your choice of four different pillows to best suit your personal sleep style. 「Die Einrichtung des Apartments hat uns gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend und der online Check-in unkompliziert. Das Bett war bequem. Die altehrwürdigen Fenster sind wunderschön, halten den Verkehrslärm jedoch nicht ausreichend ab.
Wir hatten nachts Ohrstöpsel benutzt.

「We loved our stay - homey feeling with bedroom (x-large bed), bath and bed up in loft on the upper level. The unit had 2 balconies, lots of windows to open for fresh air. Clean, hot water and easy to communicate with the host. The Ipapanti Church is right there in the Square. It is open for viewing. The architecture to be admired. The bells do toll from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM. The resonance is perfect. It is easy to walk to and around the central area of this location.」

「We were two families (total 8 people) who stayed at the apartment and the apartment was great! We utilized the 3 bedrooms and the host had also set up the pull out sofa for the kids in preparation for our arrival.
The hosts were very responsive and helpful and we were able to check in a little earlier). Rooms were cleaned every 4 days (we stayed for 2 weeks), and it was great having a laundry room with new washer and dryer for the tenants to share during their stay.
