"Wonderful hotel with great staff! The breakfast was excellent with many options. The room was super clean with a staff member (I think her name was Maria) making an extra effort to cheer us every day leaving some cute figures in the forms of animals made of towels in our room. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful place with great amenities"

"So great and they jump started my rental within minutes. great location, wonderful breakfast."

"Lovely and clean hotel with very nice and helpful staff."

"Fantastic stay as always! Love Pal Beach! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Friendly staff! Very nice! 👍"

"Very pleasant stay, nice owner. We will come again!"

"One of the best family and regional small hotel we have visited in 20 years in Crete. They really are very small hotel, familial style but they do their best to provide high level services: multiple pool, breakfast, sun towels. Amazing quality for price. I rarely write reviews but their work needs to be recognized. The only con of this hotel, despite what is written on Hotels.com, it's very remote in the moutain and far from Paleochora, so I recommend if you need to rest 2-3 days in a super...

"Very Pleased with my stay! I thought it was going to be "bare-boned," but it exceeded my expectations! Really enjoyed it!"

"A beautiful place nestled in the mountains, set in a charming, beautifully restored village. Its location is also ideal, roughly halfway between Elafonissi Beach and the Balos Lagoon, making it a great base for exploring both. Our room was a wonderful cottage, full of character and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The restaurant was another highlight, serving truly outstanding dishes. A wonderful experience overall."

"Everything was perfect, stuff was kind and helpfull, nice pool with sunbeds, also the tasty food!"

"Esperienza negativissima, avevamo pagato in anticipo la struttura se no saremmo andati via. Era sporchissimo, abbiamo dovuto pulire tutto l appartamento, dal bagno alla cucina il pavimento. Meglio non entrare nello specifico."

"It was excellent, maybe a little tight for 4 adults , but nothing to complain."

"Wonderful place to stay at Falassarna, and Eleftheria is a fantastic host!"

"When booked the hotel was described as a “resort” which is why we planned the detour to its location. Upon arrival there was no staff to welcome us - a text to the number on the locked door was quickly returned with a lock box code to grant us enterance to our studio apartment. The advertised laundry facilities were not available for use, the swimming pool while open was in great need of maintenance or filtering ( both) and as such was not an attractive option for the afternoon. The restaurant...

"I absolutely loved my stay here. The location is beautiful, nestled into the mountains and a short drive to Samaria Gorge and the White Mountains. There is an incredibly sweet local/rural vibe that feels very safe to walk around and see the local goats and sheep. The breakfast and meals here are incredible, some of the best meals I had in Crete. The rooms are basic but very clean."

"Eleni, the host, is hard working person which makes this facility clean and comfritable to everyone."

"The hotel had everything you need and was recently constructed so in great shape. In all my travels around the world, I have not met a more friendly group of staff. They literally did everything to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here."

"We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, and the view was absolutely beautiful. A huge thank you to our host, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. Being able to check in early made our arrival so smooth, and she even treated us to delicious food throughout our stay—something we truly appreciated and didn't take for granted. We felt welcome and genuinely looked after right from the start. We would love to come back anytime and can highly recommend staying here!"

"lovely staff! very thoughtful welcoming gifts as well as parting gifts. would highly recommend staying here!"
