Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Banyan Breaks. Clean and well-resourced house with everything we needed (even an air fryer, coffee machine and high chair). Air con in all the rooms, comfy bed and pillows, plenty of clothes hanging space. Quiet street a short walk into town, with roos and emus to see on the way. Would absolutely recommend to others.

Kalbarri get together

The Banyan Breaks is a beautiful property with a very clever lay-out: central is the large open plan kitchen, diner, living area with two large bedrooms either side of central area. Each pair of bedrooms share their bathroom and toilet, making it very practical for two families with up to 4 children each. I loved the veggie and herb garden. We used quite a number of the tomatoes and picked a ripe passion fruit. Ray White, the property managers, were very amenable and friendly. Certainly recommend this place.

Good size family stay with yard.

Enjoyable stay. Some cupboard/wardrobes incorrectly or poorly designed. Simple info eg compatable coffee pods unable to be provided. House plan advises reconfiguration for bedrooms available but denied by property manager. Had to buy lightbulb and chase up batteries for aircon and additional keys.
