Well located Kalbarri House

Great location

Great central location, extremely convenient everything within walking distance. Great property for adults and older kids, we had a 1 year old and the front of the property wasn't well suited without very close supervision (our fault for not considering this).

The only thing I would say about the accommodation is tgat maybe they need to get a pest control spray done as there were quite a lot of cockaroach in the unit and the cupboards have a smell about them. The fly wire door could do with a good clean and maybe a tidy up out the back around the cloth line.

Did say parking space for 2 cars and there wasn’t unless you count parking on the verge which the neighbours monopolised.Relatively clean but not great, tufts of hair and fluff all over the floor especially around the fan and chair legs.BBQ was filthy and gas bottle completely empty.A simple door on the laundry basin would make it look a lot less unkempt.Front security door didn’t lock with any of the keys provided.

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary accessories. Two doors down from the supermarket and walking distance to the pub, cafes and parks topped off the experience. Definitely would book this place again.

Great property has all amenities required. Excellent location for both services like IGA & stunning view of river. Happily sat & watched sunset each night from the front deck & best spot to read the paper, eat breakfast & watch boats head out to sea. Highly recommend this property. Just love Kalbarri! 😊

It was very clean and tidy however a few things are showing their age and are beginning to need repair/replacement. The mattress in the master bedroom is extremely uncomfortable and put a dampner on our stay as it was impossible to have a comfortable nights sleep. I would also suggest some bbq cleaning tools.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and loved Kalbarri.
