A Week's Retreat

Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the house, it was clean and spacious also in a good location.We booked for 7 nights and offered to stay free for an extra night which was great. we end up hiring a pontoon on the extra day that we stay and had a fantastic experience on the river. so thank you.

Spacious and comfortable

Surfside Retreat is spacious with a good floor-plan. Beds were comfortable and the position is convenient. The property is on a T-junction and so there was traffic noise in the main bedroom. Not so much in the 2 minor bedrooms. The property was overall very clean. There were some maintenance issues that were reported to Contessi which they were going to fix after our stay. Most did not impact on our enjoyment of the property except for the BBQ - which did not work apart from the sideburner. We were told that the owner was replacing the BBQ - so that will be great for the future! Overall the property was excellent!

Just a house

It's just a place to stay. Small things..... no hair dryers in bathroom, a full length mirror would be great in one of the rooms and would be appreciated if they allowed more than one roll of toilet paper for a three night stay and I would say it needs a good clean, especially the bathrooms.

Fantastic Summer Holiday

We are regular visitors to Kalbarri and have booked Surfside Retreat previously. It is a great house, clean and tidy with plenty of space and a good kitchen, close to the beach and town. We'll be back!
