「We had a lovely 4 week stay in Eva Flats. It is located in a quiet area of Kapparis. Communication through WhatsApp was very friendly, efficient and exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for our stay. The only slight issue if you can it that, was that the walls were quite scuffed/marked in the main room, from previous holiday makers. It would have had 5 stars in all categories if it were not for that.」

The pool was a focal point and this was kept highly clean and well maintained. Local beach was lovely. Arrive early if you want a sun bed. Local area all very nice. Plenty of car parking at the property and in local areas if driving....

「Wir haben mit 6 Personen das Haus gemietet und es war absolut toll und völlig ausreichend. Sicher ist Einiges in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionierte. Lage war etwas abseits vom Trubel, aber genügend Geschäfte und Restaurants vorhanden. Wir waren fast die gamze Zeit unterwegs. Auf Nachfrage erzielten wir super schnell Bettdecken etc. Hervorragender Service! Haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Danke」

「A great sized villa for 6 people very near an amazing beach (4 minute walk away)plus local restaurants and bars. The surrounding area was very peaceful and relaxing.Villa is very clean however it is a bit 'tired' in parts and the kitchen is very sparsely equipped - there were no plastic plates or glasses for outside use, no tea towels, dishwasher tablets and only a small cloth to clean with. We have stayed in many villas and there have always been an assortment of basic cooking oils and...

「Enjoyed a 5 week stay at this property. The biggest asset being the large sun terrace receiving the sun from sunrise to late afternoon. Another bonus of the property is the covered allocated parking.The galley style kitchen was ok for me, on my own, but a family I think would find it rather restrictive due to the limited space.On arrival the property was clean and tidy. 「We had a lovely villa in a great location, 5 mins walking distance from restaurants and bars. Walking distance to beautiful coves and beaches, safe for children to play in 10/15 mins drive to Protaras where there is more night life and restaurants. Well recommend it and will definitely return 」
