The apartment was cozy, had everything we needed, in a great location and very nice. The staff was incredible and incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. They even provided laundry services, and help with various things.

High-end hotel with tremendous service from the staff. At only ~$500 for an upgraded executive room for 3 nights, the value is extremely good. I highly recommend them for anyone traveling to Kigali.

There was no airport shuttle for platinum member as promised. Toilet design was poor as the shower didn’t have a cubicle and water was all over the place. Breakfast was monotonous, same thing every morning for 3 days. They ran out of chicken after the first day and no effort was made towards restocking. ...
