Riverfront guest home on Lower Flathead River 7 miles up from Flathead lake, river access and fire pit.
4 person limit including children. No parties, use of glitter or confetti in the house. Property is on 70 Acres and 1 1/4 miles of river Frontage, next door to the main home where owners son and wife live 75 yards away with garden and Fruit orchard in between homes for privacy.
Located 20 minutes to Bigfork and Kalispell, 35 minutes to Whitefish, 45 minutes to West entrance of glacier National Park, 50 minutes to the baselodge of whitefish ski resort. Good cell service good Internet speed 75GB up, 15GB down.
Mid October through mid January is waterfowl hunting season and you may hear shotgun shots early in the morning from hunters across the river.

We loved our stay at this lovely little home away-from- home. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Close enough to Kalispell, Glacier NP and Flathead Lake. We loved the quiet, peaceful location and views of the river AND Mountains all around. The kitchen is supplied with everything you'd need. the coffee pods were a nice perk :) I loved the nice laundry room! Host was always responsive and check-in & check-out a breeze. Thank you for making our first visit to Montana incredible!!!

Incredible views of Flathead river

This house was perfect for my family of 4 with absolutely amazing views, well stocked and very roomy. Saw several deer and one bald eagle that hung out on top of one of the trees. Will definitely keep this house in mind for our next trip to Kalispell!

I stayed in this house on this property for 5 months. The view was magnificent everyday. The house had all amenities needed. The owner and staff were very proactive. Water, mountains, animals and peace. I highly recommend this property

Beautiful property!

We had the best time! This place had gorgeous views on the river and the perfect place for us to gather with our daughter and her husband. We loved that they could bring their dogs and enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings! Even played several games of croquet. Great place! Thank you so much!
