“Our stay at the villa was great. Everything needed is there (towels, bedding...), kitchen fully equipped (water suspender, dish washer, spices...). The villa and of course especially the pool area are great. There were even some water toys in the pool area.The cellar was a bit older and used, but the remainder of the rooms were clean.The host was amazing and was offering all kind of help and support or special services like ordering taxis, bread... ”

Située à 30 mn de Thessalonique où des plages de Epanoma (ne pas manquer le vignoble de Ktima Gerovassiliou) et à moins d’une heure des 3 « doigts » (Kassandra, Sitonia et Athos). “The Good: the apartment is spacious and in a good location, within a 15-minute drive to Nea Potidea, Nea Fokea, Afytos, and grocery stores. We loved the private beach (with umbrellas and lounge chairs!), and the community pool. We also loved the backyard. And it was very nice to have a washing machine.The Not-as-Good: there are no stores or restaurants in walking distance.
