"Not at all happy that I was charged an additional 40 Euro, once we arrived. I was under the impression that when I made the arrangements through your website that the price was final including the taxes.The room was not a single bed so that was uncomfortable. There was one receptionist that was really rude and she acted so cold toward us. There were no slippers in the room, and we were not happy with the room being so far away from elevators, my wife is disabled and it was inconvenient. The...

"We had to find a last minute hotel to stay for one night in Rhodes due to late arrival. The owner of the hotel was very easy to communicate with and helped us with our late arrival at night. She was very nice and easy-going and showed us to the hotel, since it’s located deeper inte village. The room was very clean and had everything you might need. We only stayed for one night but could definitely stay longer. Overall very good service and accommodation."
