- Debating between living like a local close to a quiet beach spot, or living the thrills of exploring the island? This home offers you the best of both worlds.
Surrounded by a 2000 s.m garden full of millennial olive trees,fig,prickly pear,pine and cypress trees) offers you privacy and mental uplift!
LOCATION: Our cottage house is situated in Kalymnos island, only 200m. from a wonderful sandy beach (Kantouni beach at Panormos area) and in a walking distance to all amenities (super market, bus stop, car-bike rentals, gas station, restaurants, bar, beaches, pharmacy, ATM, grocery, patisserie,tourist shops etc) and very close to the climbing area too .
In the same time its location will remind you what serenity means while it is located in a 2000sq.m. land in a peaceful area, with garden, outdoor shower with hot water, bbq area with traditional pizza oven, yard with Mountain View!
So,It is both secluded and connected,allowing you to relax and explore during your stay.
Washing-machine, dishwasher,outdoor shower with hot water, barbeque and traditional pizza oven, figs, prickly pears,lemons from the trees!!!

I want to move in
Maria's family home was the absolute perfect place for my family to enjoy 10 days in Kalymnos. We were able to walk to rent a scooter, go to the beach, to the grocery and to restaurants. We're already planning on coming back again next year! Will be dreaming of the outdoor shower until then....

Couldn’t have been more wonderful!
We stayed at Maria’s for one week and absolutely loved our visit. It was the perfect central location for our adventures on the island - a quiet, comfortable oasis away from the tourist bustle. Maria’s place was clean, very comfortable and well-equipped! We had everything we needed and Maria was an excellent host & source of knowledge re: our climbing adventures. We also fell in love with the furry residents. We will 100% stay here when we come back to visit again! Thank you so much for hosting us, Maria!

Perfect relaxing place to stay surrounded by an amazing garden
Peaceful, minute walking to any place (sea, beach, restaurants, market, scooter renter…), the garden is a huge extension to the house, with the shadow of very old pine trees, olive trees, Citrus trees, and many corners. All surrounded by the mountains. And Maria is a fantastic host!

Spacious, many bedrooms, beautiful garden and well equiped living, bathroom and kitchen
We loved the house and had a great climbing trip at Kalymnos. If we needed anything Maria was there for us. Could not have been better! So thank you for everything Maria!

Wonderful stay at Maria's
The property was perfect for our group, very comfortable and well equipped. The spacious outside area and the outdoor shower were very enjoyable. Maria was very responsive and took very good care of us.
