"Our room was Oceanview and we had our own balcony. We were astonished how big of a room it was. It included a separate bedroom, a kitchen and living room, fully stocked kitchen. We discovered on our last night that in one of the closets there was a washer and dryer! Only downside is that if you want your room cleaned, you need to pay a fee we did exchange our dirty towels once which was free. Our room was very clean and it was a great location for the hotel only downside as if you don’t have any children. It is a very family friendly kids all over the place hotel the first night we couldn’t even get into the hot tub. There was so many kids and both of them all the nights after though it ended up being fine. We did go in there were less kids. My only other complaint is that the beachfront we never ended up having a beach day in front of the hotel as there is absolutely no beach to layout on. We did sit on the wall once and watch the sunset and the pool is pretty nice during the day we booked our trip through a third-party website, but then when we wanted to extend our days, we just paid the hotel direct and they honored the same price which was great. The staff is very friendly."
"The property is gorgeous. Large hotel, beautifully decorated, gorgeous pools especially the kids pool which had slides even fun for adults. They also let you use the pool at the Hyatt vacation club which was perfect for us. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Really delicious food and the most beautiful scenery with a waterfall, pond and swans.
If there was a complaint the only thing is the beach portion was a little short but if you walk next door they have a bigger beach that you can access.
Our room was an ocean front view and quite large. Very comfortable and beautiful view. The staff was excellent as well.
We will be back. Loved it! "
"We enjoyed our stay but the big negative is that there is no hot tub for kids. So our kids got cold sometimes when swimming but there was no where for them to warm up. This don’t feel family friendly. But the pools were gorgeous and the it was all very beautiful and welcoming outside of that one issue. "
