環境美麗，客房夠大，食物味道很好，泳池亦很好游。唯酒店員工大多欠缺笑容，check in 時發現房內冷氣滴水亦沒理會也沒跟進情況。清潔房間沒有檢查及添加沐浴露及洗手液，冷氣及喉管有時有大聲響。 整體酒店硬件很好，但軟件服務方面有待改善。

今次住了三日兩夜！酒店房洗手間內的花洒水力不夠，要把水開很久熱水才熱，而且水温亦是時凍時熱！另外因早上至中午留在房間，故2-3pm時才打電話要求執房，可惜晚上回來時發現房間仍是一樣，完全沒有執到！

For the second time, the first time I stayed with my family, Villa was awesome. This is a honeymoon. I booked a sea view room with a jacuzzi . It is very comfortable and beautiful. The terrace can also hear live bands, invincible sea views, breakfast is delicious, all The staff were very friendly and full of smiles, and the hotel gave us a little surprise, thank you for giving us an unforgettable vacation.

整体上算Ok，早餐质量可以。款式都算多，但系公眾地方是没有冷气的只有房間提供冷气。餐厅，酒店大堂是没有冷气比较热好彩我哋出游是十二月，有風，海景好美，值得推蔫。

房間內部蠻舒適的，可以看海灘，但比較建議有開車的人來，因為算是在半山腰，如果沒開車前來會非常不方便。

Hotel with big room
The jacuzzi room we booked was incredibly big. And it is well furnished. Mattress was great. But the jacuzzi has to be cleaned as some dirt came out when the pump was on. Staff were helpful and nice.

靠近卡馬拉海灘，海景正，比較寧靜，也相對比較僻，從大路走八百米才到
員工很友善有禮貌，每次見到都笑容滿臉打招呼，會主動幫手，更加帶領客人到客房，酒店漂亮，設施也可以，無敵海景，泳池不錯，客房可以，裝飾格調顏色比較暖，浴室偏暗，去水慢，有機會堵塞，冷氣不給力，住海景房感覺熱，睡覺時不用蓋被都不覺得凍，正午時走進房感覺就像沒開冷氣，但晚上冷氣槽會滴水，但沒跟員工反映，總體感覺還算不錯，樓下有少量車位，性價比也可以，不算太貴

酒店地址位置比较偏僻，离芭东有点远，海也一般般，阳台外的电线杆很煞风景，最气人的我提前1个月预定的大床，结果是标间拼床，而且是我入住前就拼好了，铺的都是大床单，提出换房，告知没房，提前1个月白定了，早餐品种很少，泳池不错，是海水泳池，wifi卡的要死，除了服务还不错，景色还行，位置偏

It was our first time to Phuket and this hotel definitely gave us a very good time! We love it so much and can't wait for the next travel! the staff were very warm and friendly, the food in all the restaurants were in high quality and absolutely delicious. specially the food in Plum Restaurant. Also a good sunset view and snacks in Vanilla Sky Bar & Lounge. I am not the best at leaving reviews but all I can say is that me and my bf had the best time at this hotel & villas. Only complain is the Jacuzzi. We chose the Jacuzzi seaview and planned to enjoy it. But the Jacuzzi smell so bad and a lot of insects inside. I have to clean by ourselves before we use. but the most ....made me frustrated is the water inside the Jacuzzi, it smelled so bad once i started to open. So we gave up to enjoy it....That's the worst thing happened while we were stay. I hope they will change the water which stored in Jacuzzi inside. Besides that, everything is perfect :)

Good Environment with BAD service
I stayed with friends in Villa, the room is nice with a big swimming pool. But it is not clean enough. The villa is spacious and 2 bedrooms with Jacuzzi are nice. However, the service is really bad. I could say the service is the worst among all the resorts I stayed in Phuket,like The Shore, Paresa. Don't go if you are looking for luxury accommodation. When check-in, the staff told us our Butler is on leave and can't serve us. I asked why can't assign another one for us but they kept saying the staff is on leave. It's ridiculous, right? We had in villa lunch and we called for room service to clean the stuff but they asked us to put all the dishes outside the room. We insisted and they finally came. The most unacceptable experience is that the staff came in our room by their own key. They do press the door bell but they are not patient to wait and they opened our door. It is totally unacceptable that the staff open the door by themselves. They service is still bad even when check out. They told us they need 20mins to check the room condition and we said OK to come to check first. When their staff arrive, they started tidy up and packed our stuff and threw it. Terrible communication.
