Dear Elin Kristina,If you would have told us about the hard bed (typical Thai bedding, but no springs coming out , we did inspect it), we could have put a softener in your bed. The extra bed was for one of your children ?.The swimming pool is constantly cleaned and has never been dirty during your stay. Maybe an excess of suntan lotion?

Nous comprenons pas vos remarques que la cuisine et la salle de bain seraient "vetustes". Aussi pour les transats autour de piscine : les matelas sont tous neufs et vous avez du tomber sur la seule parasol de l'année dernière rouillé à cause de la proximite de la mer. Dommage que nous pouvons pas insérer des photos dans notre réponse pour bien montrer la propreté de notre hôtel, qui n'est d'ailleurs qu'un 3 étoiles. Avec nos respects,

Dear Anonymous, Our pool is professionally cleaned 3 times per week and is closely monitored. We are surprised to hear that you think the water is too cold, it is close to 29 degrees C on the moment. luckliy it is not exposed to sunlight for too many hours every day, it would be much too hot

We try hard to get rid of them, but they keep coming back, some even fly in through open veranda door. Je suis désolé de lire votre rapport. Je ne vous ai jamais dit de quitter l'hôtel et d'aller autre part. Je vous ai toute de suite suggèré qu'on appelle la police pour faire une enquête, ce que vous avez refusée. Nous n'avons jamais eu des histoires de vol dans notre hôtel et notre personel est extrêmement honnête et trop timide pour toucher aux affaires des clients. Je pense plutôt que vous avez simplement oubliée vos affaires pendant les shootings de photos que vous avez faites tous les jours en dehors de l'hotel. Si perdu dans l'hôtel. nous l'aurons trouvé et rendu. De dire que toiut le monde est complice est une accusation grave.

Dear Tam, Thank you for your kind review. The reason for the key is that the aircon does not need to run when nobody is in the room. It takes only 5-10 minutes to bring the temperature down again. We do have an office which serves as front desk, it is in the restaurant in front of the stairs and the way to the beach.
