Our stay of 4D3N was rather short indeed. We loved the villa very much, especially the Bell app was user-friendly and convenient. In-villa dining and other requests were quickly served. Variety of breakfast were appreciated and really tasty. Additional beach chairs should be considered in villa. Look forward for next stay.

The Government performed some urgent maintenance work on the electricity network what caused this shortcut in all the city. Our Villa Host and Concierge Team did inform all guests some days prior this maintenance work and information letters were set in each villa so that our valuables guests have the time to organise their day in advance. 今次住4房兩晚,安排左入住Villa no.8 , 早餐預先選好,第二天按自己指定時間送到,而且選擇多,不錯!!!但主人房卻有異味,似係渠味,就算向reception 反映,只安排空氣清新劑比我噴, 只能消除一陣,每次入房都會好不舒服。而且接待處有位早更女職員態度亦不夠禮貌,查詢問題顯得不耐煩.

Very nice Villa
A very nice and delax Villa. Spacious room and private pool. Every rooms have their own toilets. The staff will entertain your special request and will waive additional charges. The only drawback is the water at bathroom is not strong and hot enough.

Regarding our location, we are, indeed, located in a peaceful and quiet area of Kamala; what makes our resort great when you need to relax. It is away enough from the noise and crowdedness of Patong, but still at a very reasonable driving distance from it (around 15 minutes by taxi). Kamala beach, shops, restaurants and middle-sized shopping markets are all located in Kamala at a 5 minutes drive only from the resort and we do offer a complimentary shuttle bus service to reach all these points. 酒店位置确实很偏僻,虽然有免费车送到附近沙滩,但是回来没有车接。除了去幻多奇还比较近,去所有景点都相当远,每天去景点都要来回在路上花费3小时左右,有点累。酒店卫生马马虎虎,虽然给了小费,但是卫生还是马马虎虎。没有蚊帐,空调声音很大。设施有点陈旧很多东西坏了,凑合着用。服务人员的服务都很好,很贴心,但是挡不住硬件条件的不足,还是不太满意。

Very spacious but closed type villa without any view. Bed toilet smell in the guest double bed room (villa 6). Water pressure in guest room water basin (villa 6) needs improvement. Single piece of mini bread/one slice of toast bread per pax during breakfast, can be more generouse on those mini size breads, despite that, their Thai main dishes are very tasty. No late check out even for 30 minutes until 12:30 since the standard check in time is 15:00, the official answer was fully booked. We have stayed at the Pavillion Phuket in August and Dusit Thani Laguna pool villas in October and received much more courtesy about the late check out policy even until 16:30. Staffs are nice like most Thai people.

精致的度假别墅
酒店位置不算偏僻,步行几分钟即到主要公路,距离卡马拉海滩步行约十分钟。前台接待热情有礼,服务在五星级酒店水平算中规中矩,不过不失,该有的都有。别墅面积很大,特别是套内的泳池有40-50平方,厨房,餐厅,起居室设备一应俱全。每天的早餐是预定好送来,分量足够饱到午饭都免了。 感觉唯一的不足是每天的 House keeping 总是漏了替换干净的毛巾。虽说是因为环保的缘故,但放进回收筐内的收回后却不补充干净的毛巾,要向前台催要。 总之,这里还是很不错的度假选择。

很高性價比的獨立屋 ,泳池很乾淨,每處地方都很乾淨, 沒有特別的蛇蟲鼠蟻,只是獨立屋外花園曾經出現一隻四腳蛇,這是正常的 ,除了枕頭太高, 其他一切都很好 ,早餐會有兩位服務生來準備, 早餐非常豐富,每隔兩小時會有shuttle bus落沙灘至5pm, 但去芭東就要大概20分鐘有點遠, 酒店有收費專車去芭東,收費大約550b,比自己叫的士平和舒適, 值得再去的酒店

Well equipped Kitchen and toilets. Smart phone for residence to contact butler for inside or outside villa. Nice bed. Check in a little bit slow. Can hear noise from other villa when outdoor. No doorbell in sleeping room, cannot heat staff service.

難得的體驗,物超所值,值得推薦
地點有點偏遠,從機場去villa大約40分鐘車程,villa到芭東大約20分鐘,有酒店專車提供。 進入酒店大門,就見到紅色背景燈籠裝飾,裝修很有特色。酒店員工很友善,很快就辦妥入住手續,還帶我們逐一介紹房間內部的設施及服務。 房間環境很優美,設備很齊全,連下廚的工具都齊備。睡床很大很舒服,浴室有分企缸和浸浴,室外還有一個廁所。 酒店提供送餐服務,還有BBQ選擇,最遲下單時間是晚上十時,可惜吃完的碗碟要放到第二天早上才有人回收。 早餐會是送到房內享用,而且早餐款式很多很美味。 還有房內的SPA服務,可惜只住一晚沒時間享用。 總括而言,很滿意酒店的質素、整潔、服務,若果再有機會來布吉,必定會再次選擇Bell Pool Villa

The general view was not that bad at first. The villa is quite spacious with a good swimming pool. But it turned out some disappointments for me and my family. We have totally spent 7 days at the Bell Hotel. Firstly the staff attitude was quite unpolite at some points because they were not willing to response me and ignored me when I was confirming something with them. Not all of them. Some of them were nice and friendly. Also, the house cleaners didn't understand English at all. We asked the cleaner to clean our room later but they just ran into our villa and started clean-up. This is horrible! The hygiene is just an 'okay'! I mean I would not expect it as a 5-star hotel hygiene. Because they didn't even sweep the floor and throw away our rubbish every day. Not to mention the people, the facility was quite bad though. The wifi connection was extremely weak in the bedrooms. We have to stay in the living room to use our electric devices, which was very inconvenient! Last but not least, the bathroom was horrible. The hot water was not stable when showering.It was dangerous. Also, the water pressure was very unstable in all the bathrooms. The toilet flush was bad as well! To be honest, it was a quite good hotel but definitely not a 5 star ranked hotel to me.

Sometimes all it takes is asking to speak to to a manager. Nice Villa
環境優美,房間夠大,泊車泊在屋外,非常方便。早餐豐富,服務不錯。泳池乾淨,池邊有得沖身,地點不錯,自駕遊非常合適。

住得舒服的酒店
環境舒適,泳池夠大,渡假一流,有少量昆蟲但可以接受,大部份電燈、電器設有感應器,如果感應不到有人活動會自動關掉,是省電設計。最失望係入住前已經同酒店講咗係結婚紀念,入住時卻沒有任何裝飾,同酒店職員講完佢地話會跟進,最後係不了了之。可能酒店職員實在太忙,執房後,將前一晚晚餐的所有碗碟留在池邊忘記拿走。其中一晚曾經停水,水泵吵到不能入睡。

Nice villa
交通不便是最大問題。有shuttle bus到附近沙灘(特定時間)但如果要到芭東就要call車(thb$500) 20mins到車程。芭東返黎好多司機唔識路,記得拎多幾張酒店卡片俾佢地睇。tuktuk會平d,出面講價又會平d。但公價500 其餘都很好。有貓周圍行。貓奴會好興奮。 早餐好正。選擇雖然唔係buffet,但all day breakfast至炒飯都有。份量大。會送入黎。幾好食。

酒店員工極佳
酒店員工友善, 服務極佳, 環境清靜, 適合純粹渡假, 房間設施齊備, 私隱度極高。 酒店每日提供4班免費車到附近沙灘, 約5分鐘車程。 早餐是送到房間,種類選擇多, 沒提供mini bar, 浴室用品齊備,水力太弱。
